VTSS, the electrifying electronic artist, is thrilled to announce her latest single, “Steady Pace,” produced in collaboration with Boys Noize. Set for release today on Big Beat Records, a sister label of Atlantic Records, known for its roster featuring artists like Skrillex, Charlie XCX, 100 Gecs, and Cobrah.

“Steady Pace” is a high-energy, irresistibly bouncy track that showcases VTSS’s signature style. Co-produced with Boys Noize, the single combines VTSS’s original vocals with fun and vibrant production. Fans have eagerly awaited this release, with “Steady Pace” already making waves in clubs and fashion shows around the world.

The official music video for “Steady Pace” features both VTSS and Boys Noize and is directed by Actual Objects. It’s a visual feast that perfectly complements the track’s dynamic energy.

VTSS expressed her excitement about the collaboration, saying, “The track was made during mine & Alex’s session in LA in our friend’s Sonny’s studio. It really came about quite quickly – within probably the first hour, we had a sketch, and I’ve written the first verse. I haven’t done many studio collaborations, so I was extremely nervous, and frankly, I didn’t know Alex that well. But we instantly clicked and have been great friends since.

“The track was meant to refer to times when house & disco music was all over the world on the radio, but we wanted something with a slightly more techno-leaning sound, still nodding to the original formula”,

she continues.

VTSS also shared the inspiration behind the lyrics, saying, “The lyrics I wrote are about a really hot guy who I couldn’t really read well, who seemed like he was being a bit hot & cold. Two can play that game, I thought. That’s what happens when two avoidant people are about to get together lol.

VTSS, previously known as Martyna Maja, has taken a bold step into vocal-led, mutant pop productions. Her journey as VTSS has showcased her commitment to delivering unforgettable, original, and authentic music. “Steady Pace” follows her highly acclaimed “Circulus Vitiosus” EP, released on Ninja Tune, which featured a remarkable remix package by renowned artists.

Recently, VTSS curated the music for the Natasha Zinko runway show in London and performed at the Diesel runway show in Milan. Versace featured two tracks from her Ninja Tune EP, “Make You Scream” and “Notoriously Fast,” in their latest runway show. VTSS is scheduled to play a B2B set with Shygirl at DC10 in Ibiza next week.

“Steady Pace” is now available for streaming and download on all major platforms. Watch the official music video here.
