Spanish actress Ana Polvorosa will be seen starring in Warner Bros Pictures’ ‘Un mal día lo tiene cualquiera’ that will be released in theaters on 26th January. 

Ana, you’ll be starring in Warner Bros Pictures’ comedy ‘Un mal día lo tiene cualquiera’, about a responsible, orderly and controlling woman will be forced to do everything she has not dared to do in thirty-six years in a single night. Tell us more about what can we expect from the film.
The movie is a dark comedy, with certain elements of thriller, even horror, and it speaks about the unpredictability of the universe and the positivity we can find within chaos.

How would you describe your character Sonia in this film?
Sonia is a controlling woman, someone whose tools in life are order and responsibility. She is demanding of herself. As the story progresses, her way of thinking will change and she will see that life is not as she expected.

What left the biggest impression on you from filming this comedy?
This shoot was intense. We filmed the movie at night, over six weeks. We endured cold, rain, chases, action scenes. It was fun.

What kind of characters and stories excite you the most?
Characters and stories that delve deep, those that explore the psychology of the human being, those filled with contradictions and millions of doubts. The complex ones are the ones that challenge me.

Do you find it challenging jumping from one character into another for different projects?
For me, the ideal is to play characters that are as opposite as possible. It’s the most fun.

Which role that you’ve done so far has left the biggest impact on you and your career?
With each project and character, I want it to be the greatest possible learning experience, so I try to enjoy and immerse myself in each one.

Who or what inspired you the most to start a career in acting?
The number of movies and interesting characters I saw in them inspired me to want to play one or another.

What are your biggest career aspirations for the future?
To work and enjoy doing it, to have fun, to learn and to continue growing in my profession.

How important is fashion to you, and what is your favorite current fashion trend?
The process of characterizing a character is super inspiring and fundamental for me to keep working on it. It can give you many ideas.

After ‘Un mal día lo tiene cualquiera’, where we’ll be seeing you in next?
At the end of the year, I’ll be in the Netflix series ‘The Last Night in Tremore’, directed by Oriol Paulo.
