After a collaboration with Vibram and its first outdoor style, VEJA creates a shoe conceived for treks and hikes. Fitz Roy is a tribute to the mountain range of the same name. Hikers from all over the world dream of climbing this emblematic Patagonian peak, located on the border of Argentina and Chile. First named by the Tehuelche Indians as “the smoking mountain”, two French mountaineers succeeded in climbing it for the first time in 1952.

The Fitz Roy is a technical hiking shoe with a solid and stable sole, thanks to multi-directional crampons and a Rock-Plate. Its Trek-Shell upper made of 100% recycled polyester is resistant and water-resistant: its tightly woven fabric is treated with a PFC-free durable water repellent.

Upper in Trek-Shell, VEJA’s new technical material. Its tight weaving is resistant, solid, and watertight. Its fabric is treated with a PFC-free durable water repellent to make it fully rainproof. 100% recycled polyester.

With ultra-comfortable L-Foam cushioning inserts and with soles made out of 30% natural latex, The Fitz Roy is not only an amazing camping companion but will fit right in into your everyday shoe rotation just as perfectly!
