Gabriel Rajah

At the age of 15, he was offered a full scholarship to attend the ABT Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis School in New York City. After his time in New York, he moved to Amsterdam to study at Dutch National Ballet Academy for one year, after which he joined the Junior Company of Dutch National Ballet.

  • I don’t think about the product while I dance, so that’s good. It doesn’t get in my way.
  • When I sweat the material stays mostly dry!

He started ballet classes here at the age of 12 at the Premier Ballet Academy and left Cairo at the age of 14 to continue his professional ballet training abroad. • The products feel very comfortable and it makes me feel confident.
  • The fabric feels very soft and supple and it doesn’t restrict my movement in any way.
  • I do not feel restricted in range of motion when wearing AIRism clothes.

Sven de Wilde

Sven found his passion for dancing at the age of 4, when he took up competitive tap dancing in New Zealand, where he lived at that time. Upon moving back to The Netherlands at the age of 9, Sven auditioned and began his professional training at Dutch National Ballet Academy in Amsterdam. He participated in multiple productions by Dutch National Ballet, such as Don Quichot, Swan Lake, Nutcracker and Mouse King and Cinderella.

  • The fabric feels super ‘airy’ and offers no restrictions to my movements when I’m dancing. As it is our job to execute large movements, flexible material is a factor that I seek when I’m looking for athletic wear.
  • I would describe these AIRism items as incredibly versatile as I feel comfortable wearing them in and outside of the dance studio.
  • The products make me feel free to do any movement and the softness of the material ensures that I always feel comfortable in and out of the dance studio.
  • The products feel nice and light on my skin before and after rehearsel. I feel that the products help my body create and maintain the right temperature needed for my workout.

Nicola Jones

Nicola began taking dance classes at Promenade Dance Studio (Brisbane, Australia) when she was 4 years old and practiced contemporary dance, jazz, tap, and acrobatics before finding her love for classical ballet. At the age of 13 she transferred to Classical Coaching Australia to train full time. When she was 16 years old, she moved to Amsterdam to continue her ballet education at Dutch National Ballet Academy, from which she will graduate in 2022. During her studies Nicola performed in Dutch National Ballet’s productions of The Nutcracker and the Mouseking and Giselle.

  • I feel comfortable and confident to dance my best.
  • The fabric feels very lightweight. It feels like a second skin.
  • The materials and fit of the product allows for full movement flexibility.
  • It gives me full flexibility when training by ensuring my muscles are warm and can be used to their maximum whilst also being lightweight, so I can move with ease.

Louisella Vogt

Louisella was born in Amsterdam and started dancing ballet at the age of 3. In 2012, she began her training at Dutch National Ballet Academy. • My favorite quality of the AIRism technology is that it’s cool to the touch.
  • The product gives me energy when I dance.
