UNIQLO UNVEILS INES DE LA FRESSANGE AW23 COLLECTION

International clothing retailer UNIQLO announces today the launch of the UNIQLO/INES DE LA FRESSANGE 2023 Autumn/Winter collection on Thursday, August 24th. 

This LifeWear lineup celebrates Ines de la Fressange’s effortless Parisian style, a symbol of French chic and a fashion icon for women worldwide. The collection reflects Ines’ dedication to providing women with timeless, beloved pieces that are comfortable and bring out their true beauty. Inspired by traditions, the collection conveys the feeling of inheriting and passing down to the next generation. It includes items like warm pointelle knits and blouses with voluminous sleeves, showcasing authentic craftsmanship. The collection also features translucent shirts in an authentic style, modern updates on velvet long skirts, as well as form-fitting 3D knits and quilted shirt jackets.

Workwear as the essence of fashion is the focus for the AW23 collection, with Ines returning to the roots that form the basis of her style. Early 20th-century French workwear, with its practical functionality and minimalist design, resonated with Ines and became a signature part of her wardrobe. She values clothing made from natural materials like cotton and wool, ensuring longevity. Denim, said to have its origins in the region of Nîmes in Southern France, plays a crucial role in the collection, appearing in dresses, jackets, and shirts. Knits feature a color palette of orange and red, evoking a natural feel.
