TIMBERLAND INTRODUCES FOR S22: THE NEXT GENERATION BOOT SHOES

Timberland’s iconic hand-sewn boat shoes have been handcrafted since 1978. For S22, Timberland adds GreenStride™ comfort soles and regenerative leather to two classic silhouettes, blending heritage from the past with eco-innovation and progressive style.

Inspired by the boat shoe design, the GreenStride™ Ray City EK+ Boat Shoes and GreenStride™ TBL® Originals Ultra EK+ Boat Shoes combine classic boat shoe uppers with the rugged GreenStride™ comfort soles.

GreenStride™ comfort soles are made with a combination of 75% sustainable sugar cane and tree rubber, making them naturally lightweight and comfortable. ReBOTL™ fabric liners contain at least 50% recycled plastic, and EVA foam midsoles provide extra cushioning comfort. Part of Timberland’s Earthkeepers® edition, these styles are crafted from regenerative leather sourced from farms whose farming practices help improve soil quality and restore the environment.

Timberland is supporting the launch of this collection with the Generation Boat campaign, which celebrates the iconic boat shoe style, its evolution and cultural impact and the generations of people who wear them with pride. The campaign comes to life through Timberland’s digital and social channels and in Timberland® stores worldwide. The campaign also features in TimbsTrails , a new digital gaming experience that takes fans on a journey through Timberland’s past, present and future.
