Held at The New York City Bar Association’s landmark building, Tiffany Brown’s Fall/Winter 2024 runway show drew a buzzy energy in a setting surrounded by sweeping staircases, towering marble columns, and mahogany-framed book stacks.

After the monochromatic grey collection unveiled last February, this season is all about gold and focusing attention towards a color that, according to the designer before the show, can be better related to textures and materials such as vegan leather. “Gold is an interesting color, and as I wanted to push myself creatively, I did a mix of the country looking gold with an undertone of champagne color”.

Moreover, the Fall/Winter 2024 collection is an ode to Tiffany’s favourite movies of all times: Black Swan – music played during the show was a key reference too. Her inspiration and reference certainly embraced the celebration of different parts of every person’s personalities, as well as highlighted the journey from brightness during the first looks, to a more surreal approach coming to the end of the collection.

Through a palette of gold tones and metallic shades, dramatic gowns, vegan leather pieces, cozy coats, and lavish furs, all adorned in shimmering gold, tell a story that has its roots in effortlessly functional designs and seamless monochromatic looks.

To Tiffany, the hue represents success and affluence – two things the brand is bringing with them as they march into the future: “We witness stunning acts of courage, dignity, and grace, even in the face of anguish, and are amazed in these moments by our opportunity. Let’s move on to the next stage, older and wiser but more understanding of our definition of what success is for us.”
