SALOMON AND PALACE TO RELEASE THE NEW VERSION OF XT-WINGS 2 SNEAKER

For their fourth collaboration with Salomon, Palace Skateboards have turned their attention to a trail running icon. The XT-WINGS 2 PALACE is high gloss and luxury-inspired, featuring metallic branding, and a marbled effect on rubber outsole.

The campaign features another Salomon icon, Courtney Dauwalter – an ultrarunning legend who is currently changing the game in trail, both in terms of performance and style. A previous winner and course record holder in three of the biggest trail running races in the world – Western States, Hardrock and UTMB – Dauwalter is looking to make history by racing and winning all 3 in the same season.

The Salomon XT-Wings 2 for Palace will release in US, EU and UK on 1st September, the same day Courtney will toe the start line of UTMB. Courtney will wear Salomon Running during the race and will hopefully be back in the Salomon Palace Wings 2 on the podium.

Alongside Dauwalter is the artist and Palace skater Dino da Silva. The two found themselves in Chamonix, France, where they compared running and skateboarding and ran together high in the Alps.
