A grand 19th-Century mansion designed by Belgian architect Henri Maquet has been restored and reimagined as a first-of-its-kind design destination featuring the largest curated and fully integrated assortment of luxury home furnishings in the world.

RH announced today the opening of RH Brussels, The Gallery on Boulevard de Waterloo – a 150-year-old landmark structure representing one of the most inspiring physical expressions of the brand to date. Following the recent openings of RH England, The Gallery at the Historic Aynho Park; RH Munich, The Gallery on Sendlinger Strasse; and RH Düsseldorf, The Gallery on the Königsallee; RH Brussels marks the company’s continued expansion and increasing influence as an international arbiter of taste and style. Situated in the premier shopping district, adjacent to Parc d’Egmont, the monumental gallery spans three levels and features a French limestone façade defined by commanding Baroque symmetry and Neo-Rococo flourishes. The striking design destination seamlessly integrates luxury home furnishings collections from RH Interiors, Contemporary, Modern and Outdoor with rare art, antiques and artifacts from around the world.

Evoking grand Parisian interiors with soaring ceilings, herringbone oak floors and understated Neoclassical ornamentation, the upper levels present artistic lifestyle installations showcasing RH Interiors, Contemporary and Modern collections by internationally renowned designers. Guests will ascend a floating spiral stair to the second level to reach the RH Interior Design Studio, a multidisciplinary practice of designers, interior architects and stylists whose work spans the globe. This interactive space provides clients an unprecedented level of professional design services with a private presentation room, state-of-the-art technology and design libraries showcasing a vast assortment of textiles, furniture and lighting finishes. On the ground floor, a series of intimate RH Outdoor lounge areas are showcased in a modernist exhibition space punctuated by a rhythmic progression of massive, beveled skylights and towering banana palms.

RH Brussels is located at Boulevard de Waterloo no. 20/21. Hours of operation are 10am to 7pm Monday through Saturday and closed on Sunday.
