REVAMPED CHIN CHIN CLUB UNVEILS ITSELF ON SEPTEMBER 8th.
On 8 September, the revamped Chin Chin Club will open its doors after being closed for five weeks. Since 2017, Chin Chin Club has been inseparable from Amsterdam nightlife. The five young owners started Chin Chin Club out of needing a “360-degree experience in 1 location”. In other words, it is a place where you can have a complete night out, and the experience is right from A to Z. Over the past six years, the club has proven to be a formula for success, where countless moments of happiness are experienced every weekend. However, according to the owners, innovation is essential to the success formula without losing sight of the core.
Part of the core is the name Chin Chin Club. The literal translation into Chinese (千千級) is “a thousand and a thousand layers” and represents the multiple concepts brought together under one roof. To provide an optimal happiness experience, every square metre of the club is utilised. (Re)discover the restaurant, cocktail bar and nightclub and experience ultimate happiness, from dusk to dawn.
From 8 September, make the step-by-step descent into the basement and be welcomed as ever by an endless amount of golden lucky cats, but be prepared to be overwhelmed by the rebirth of your favourite clubhouse on Rozengracht. Soulful tunes meet you from the speakers, giggles and chatter from jolly guests and their clinking glasses: “Chin Chin”.
THE COCKTAIL BAR
The brand-new cocktail bar is the heart of the venue and connects the restaurant to the club—the start of an unforgettable night out or a place to take a break from the dance floor. The low ceiling and all sorts of cosy corners create an intimate atmosphere. The comfortable chairs invite you to sit, after which the hours fly by. On the carefully curated drinks menu, you’ll find something for every occasion – from signature cocktails, classics (with a twist), and non-alcoholic cocktails to an extensive champagne and wine list – ranging from classic big names to smaller (non-conventional) wine producers.
A RESTAURANT
The party starts on the plate, taking you on a culinary journey through Asia. Experience the bold flavours, spicy aromas, exotic ingredients and elegant performances of Asian cuisine. Each dish tells a personal story, from unforgettable dining experiences in Japan to street food in Hong Kong. The menu includes a combination of traditional and modern dishes. Think tuna tartare on crispy rice, juicy oxtail dumplings, buttery tender tenderloin tataki, BBQ red snapper with wagyu fried rice and traditional Hong Kong milk pudding for dessert.
AND A NIGHT CLUB
The very best nights are not planned but happen to you. Evenings that start with a tongue-in-cheek dinner and end with exuberant dancing on the table!
