Renowned Parisian brand, PELLAT-FINET, recognized for its audacious take on luxurious cashmere, proudly announces the appointment of Dryce Lahssan as Creative Director of Collections and Image.

This significant development heralds a new era for the label as it approaches its 30th anniversary in 2024, with Dryce Lahssan infusing his design prowess, consultancy background, and forward-thinking instincts into PELLAT-FINET’s distinctive heritage.

Under the ownership of Thierry Gillier since 2019, PELLAT-FINET continues the legacy of its founder, Lucien, who, over several decades, garnered a dedicated following for reimagining classic cashmere sweaters of the highest quality as a vibrant canvas for bold colors and provocative graphics, including cannabis leaves and skulls. More recently, PELLAT-FINET has shifted its focus to the essence of knitwear with collections characterized by purity in both appearance and texture.

“To take the helm of a brand born from such a transgressive mindset is a unique opportunity. I am always striving to redefine luxury and advance it with a disruptive approach. Now, I am thrilled to do so while collaborating with the finest cashmere technicians and factories. Dryce joins PELLAT-FINET at a moment of heightened visibility and growth. In March, the brand inaugurated a boutique at 326 Rue Saint-Honore, directly across from Colette, the legendary and influential retailer (1997-2017) that once carried the brand.

During Fashion Week, Dryce will introduce his creative direction, including a selection of statement pieces, to partners and buyers by appointment.
