Patta and New Balance teamed up for the next phase of their collaboration, taking their relationship to a new level and collaborating for the first time on a New Balance 990 V3 model. The new phase of the collaboration shares the same recognizable feel as previous Patta x New Balance releases but this time around the duo created a sneaker for all members of the family. The Patta x New Balance 990 V3 leverages the power of togetherness, a sneaker that resonates not only with our nuclear families but also with our extended one.

Since both brands are family owned and in harmony with the universal mantra: “Keep Your Family Close” the collaboration celebrates everyone from the youngest and brightest to the oldest and wisest. The latest addition to the Patta x New Balance union is the highly anticipated kids’ model, it’s the first time the duo releases a kid’s sneaker to pair with the adult ones and it’s Patta’s first kids sneaker ever.

The campaign for Patta x New Balance 990 V3 captures a multi-generational family affair. The video and imagery are shot by Namibian photographer Kyle Weeks with a little help from the Patta kids. The campaign highlights the collection through the dynamic of a family BBQ. Patta x New Balance 990 V3 – a mash-up between the classic New Balance aesthetic and the trademark Patta style – is designed in olivine and complemented with sandy and bold green-fluorescent accents. The sole is partly speckled and comes in white and gray. The sneaker features subtle branding details such as the Patta script P on the heel tab and Patta branding on the heel counter.

Patta created a capsule collection to complement the footwear. The collection offers a crewneck sweatshirt, sweatpants and T-shirt for adults and sweatpants and a T-shirt for kids. The apparel comes in the same bold green as featured on the Patta x New Balance 990 V3. Patta x New Balance collection will be available exclusively on on September 30th and globally on and select retailers on October 7th.
