NEW FEATURETTE ‘A WORLD REIMAGINED’ AVAILABLE FOR DISNEY’S ‘THE LITTLE MERMAID’

A new featurette, “A World Reimagined,” of Disney’s The Little Mermaid, offers an exclusive look at the live-action remake of the studio’s animated musical classic and is now available. The Little Mermaid, directed by visionary filmmaker Rob Marshall, will be released in Dutch cinemas on May 24. 

The Little Mermaid tells the story of Ariel, a beautiful and adventurous young mermaid who longs for adventure. She is the youngest daughter of King Triton, but also the most rebellious. Ariel is eager to learn more about the world outside the sea, and when she visits the land above, she falls in love with the handsome Prince Eric. Despite her father’s ban on talking to humans, she must follow her heart. She makes a deal with Ursula, the evil sea witch, which gives Ariel the chance to experience life on land. But this deal not only puts her life but also her father’s place on the throne in danger.
