MARC O’POLO UNVEILS A NEW SCENT EXPERIENCE “ROOTED”
This season, Marc O‘Polo moves from fabrics to fragrances and presents ROOTED, a holistic, innovative and unique fragrance concept. In so doing, the premium modern casual brand completes its product portfolio.
ROOTED is a holistic fragrance experience that exudes naturalness. Aromatic yet minimalist, it combines Marc O’Polo’s Scandinavian roots with the brand’s deep respect for nature. Developed in Germany and produced from high-quality ingredients in the southern French city of Grasse, the new fragrance line is inspired by nature‘s elements.
The new fragrance collection includes three eaux de parfum, named ‘Sky’, ‘Rain’ and ‘Earth’. Genderless and timeless, they take you on a journey to the Scandinavian roots of the brand: from the bright skies, gently down to the earthy ground. A hand soap, hand cream and room diffuser round off the fragrance line. The eaux de parfum and room fragrance convince both with their 100 % ingredient transparency and with their Clean Beauty certificate, the attainment of which was a key aspiration of the brand from the very beginning. Additionally, all fragrances are vegan and have been developed without animal testing. Thus, Marc O’Polo underlines its own claim to high quality and the complete renunciation of harmful ingredients. Our hand care essentials, which also adhere to this claim, consist entirely of natural, NaTrue-certified ingredients. Marc O‘Polo has thus positioned itself as a sustainable pioneer in the market segment and sees as its corporate responsibility to play a leadership role for people and the environment.

The design concept of the fragrance line is based on the brand’s core corporate colors: Marc O‘Polo Gray and Marc O‘Polo Off-White are complemented by a medium gray. In keeping with Marc O‘Polo values, the design is timeless, durable and reduced to its essentials. The packaging also reflects these values: The caps of the 50ml glass flacons, for example, are made of the material Mixcycling® Sughera, which consists of 70 % recycled cork pieces. The packaging is 100 % recyclable and, wherever possible, plastic has been eliminated. Furthermore, our high-quality soap and room-fragrance glass containers are suitable for reuse thanks to the availability of refills.
The fragrances ‘Sky’, ‘Rain’ and ‘Earth’, together with complementary products from the ROOTED line, will be available in the brand‘s own online store and in selected Marc O’Polo stores in August.
