Pink as a sign, a code, an identity: the Valentino Pink PP Fall/Winter 2022-23 collection is a manifesto. The choice of the monochrome by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli is a radical and bold gesture, conceiving color in an absolute way that becomes totalizing. This unique shade, officially named Pink PP by Valentino with the Pantone Color Institute, is powerful, unrepeatable and immersive, becoming a fashion statement.

Valentino Pink PP will be unfolding in cities across the globe with dedicated initiatives and unexpected installations starting from September. From guerrilla projections to worldwide physical activations, including iconic features of key locations such as a unique façade wrapping of the Valentino Rue St. Honoré boutique in Paris or colored buses and phone booth takeover in London, everything will be touched by Pink PP.

The Maison will continue presenting this impactful collection in a strong and direct way through a full takeover of the boutiques that will involve this color as the main protagonist. The windows and indoor spaces will be entirely transformed in Pink PP to further highlight the substantial play of materials and fabrics. To emphasize this timeless identity, a Pink PP Certificate of Authenticity will be provided in selected stores worldwide and on Valentino.com, giving value over time to the creative process of these iconic pieces.

This launch will also be supported through collaborations in the month of September with wholesale retailers in key areas – Antonia in Milan, Selfridges in London, Saks Fifth Avenue and Hypebeast in New York among others – celebrating the collection with dedicated indoor installations and a specially colored window display. Selected partnerships will also include special events: in London the cinema in Selfridges will oversee a unique Valentino Pink PP Club night event, whereas in New York the Maison will join Hypebeast for an opening party with DJ sets.

International famed clubs will also be celebrating the Pink PP world through dedicated parties, at Plastic in Milan for the opening night of the season, followed by Marquee in Singapore, Beam in Bangkok and Daphne in New York.

The global Pink PP explosion will also be taking over selected renowned locations worldwide. At Aranya, located in the coastal city of China Qinhuangdao, Pink PP will be rampant in the local community with a series of outstanding installations, followed by a dedicated pop-up store from September 21st till end of October.

On the digital front, the brand’s signature hue will be interpreted by a number of creative minds in photography, art and video, bringing new perspectives to the color story. Always with inclusivity at the center and interactivity as a goal, forthcoming digital projects will invite the community inside the Pink PP world to uncover new meaning.
