The Maison invited three international, independent, contemporary talents to portray its new LV Archlight collection. American actor Chloë Grace Moretz, American actor and musician Jaden Smith, and Chinese footballer Sam Li.

The campaign will be visible across all official Louis Vuitton channels starting 17th March.

The release of the LV Archlight in 2018 revolutionised sneakers. Avant-garde in sportswear design thanks to its oversized tongue, curved rubber sole and futuristic silhouette, this year the now signature Louis Vuitton shoe celebrates five years of success and iconic status.

The constantly morphing LV Archlight is unbridled by trends. And now, its multiple transformations have given shape to a new design: the LV Archlight 2.0.

2023 will see the Archlight adorned in raffia, guipure lace, and a new experimental rubber platform outsole. The reimagined design takes inspiration from moccasins, high boots, and desert boots. Drawing from the Maison’s archives of past collection codes, the LV Archlight unites stories, moments, and techniques.

Giving pastoral vibes, it is outfitted with unique materials, like crocheted raffia in an earth-tone colour palette. It recodes the hiking #aesthetic for long, romantic walks in the countryside.

#FYP The LV Archlight 2.0 loves #gothic vibes, the recurring trend where black dominates. Whether in sneaker, revisited desert boot or neo-moccasin form, it signs its silhouette with a rebellious #aesthetic.

#FYP The LV Archlight loves the Y2K influence, the Gen Z trend where mixing and matching is the name of the game. Pop colours, technical materials, glam sportswear effects, etc. The shoe is a metaphor for a completely liberated #aesthetic.
