The new single is bursting with the undeniable energy that comes from Kravitz’s unique blend of rock ‘n’ roll, funk and pop. A relaxed groove, some electronic additions and of course Kravitz’s enchanting, warm voice. ‘I came here to be alive. I am here to be human his voice’ sounds in the chorus, followed by a powerful guitar solo.

‘Human’ is the follow-up to the previous single ‘TK421’ which was released in October 2023. Robotic analogue synths, a weezy talkbox, a dance floor beat, a fiery saxophone solo and a clever nod to both Boogie Nights as Star Wars complete this uptempo rock ‘n’ roll adventure. The music video of “TK421” strengthens the free spirit of the song and you see Kravitz like you’ve never seen him before.

Timeless. Explosive. Romantic. Inspiring. How else to describe Blue Electric Light, Lenny Kravitz’s 12th studio album? A passionate collection of songs that underlines this, Blue Electric Light is the latest addition from a man whose music – not to mention his unique style – continues to inspire millions of people around the world. Kravitz’s talents as a writer, producer and multi-instrumentalist shine through on the album, as he played most of the instruments himself, along with his longtime guitarist Craig Ross. Ultimately, he created 12 songs that reflect his legacy as a genre-breaking pioneer, but are also firmly anchored in the energy of the 21st century.
