The event was a meeting between all chefs who are the protagonists of the current and future gastronomic scene. During the celebration, coffee is a paradigm to address one of the most critical emerging issues- sustainability. Illycaffè president Andrea Illy addresses this issue in the beautiful setting of the Edouard-VII Theater in Paris during the panel “Sustainable business model for the future”, which is moderated by JRE International President Daniel Lehman and food expert Zoe Torinesi.
