LA indie pop artist Haiden has shared his first single of 2023 in the form of “flight attendant” – a deeply emotional, heartfelt ballad serving as the closing chapter to the relationship that inspired his 2022 debut EP Good Grief! The track was co-written by Dan Swank (All Time Low, New Rules) and co-produced alongside frequent collaborator Barry Fowler.

“Underneath the song’s callus is a deep need to preserve what made my relationship worth being in,” says Haiden. “This song is the catalyst for my next era, which focuses more on my personal struggles with trust and intimacy, while also maturing in imagery, concept, and tone.”

Haiden catapulted himself onto for you pages earlier last year with his catchy and cathartic hit “Sorry to Your Next Ex” which has since reached over 15 million streams globally. He released his debut EP Good Grief! last October – a 7 track project featuring two other viral hits, “Can’t Hurt Me” and “DUMP HIM”. The songs reflect a series of intimate stories surrounding Haiden’s inability to protect himself in relationships. While “Can’t Hurt Me” demonstrates his comfortability in toxic relationships, “Wasted” and closing track “Good Grief!” highlight his self-awareness in those moments.
