After having great success with the luxury beach club and the ski resort branded takeovers in Europe, Guess follows with a collaboration with eyewear partner Marcolin, on a new uniquely luxurious safari adventure to the Botlierskop Private Game Reserve Lodge in South Africa. 

Located in the south-westernmost tip of Africa, the Botlierskop Private Game Reserve is a luxury resort where guests can experience the thrill of the African wilderness and the comforts of luxury, all in one unforgettable destination. Set against a breath-taking backdrop of the majestic mountains and the serene Moordkuil River, the reserve is a nature-lover’s paradise, filled with diverse flora and exotic wildlife that roam freely in their natural habitat. Here, as well as luxurious accommodation in a unique and exclusive atmosphere, guests can enjoy guided game drives, horseback safaris, bush walks, authentic experiences, and spa treatments, immersed in the sights, sounds, and smells of the African wilderness. 

As part of this unique project, the tented lodge area of the Botlierskop’s premises has been completely outfitted with products from the GUESS HOME collection including candles, throws, pillows, towels, and other lifestyle pieces. Bespoke and sophisticated branded elements will also extend to other areas of the lodge, including the wellness center, yoga room and branded canopied swing in the garden providing the perfect photo backdrop.

To mark the launch of the new project, GUESS invited a selected group of top influencers from all over the world to an exclusive four-day stay that included Game drives, a Savana picnic in the wild, a fire show performance by local traditional dancers and joining a charity workshop where they had the opportunity to learn more about the cheetahs. Special guests in attendance included Julia Kostera, Anna Nooshin, Carina Zavline, Giulia Salemi, Kate Hutchins and Sabrina Lopez.

In addition, GUESS South Africa, a joint venture between FrontierCo & Guess Inc. donated to the Botlierskop Private Game Reserve, AWCF and Ashia Cheetah Conservation alliance to support their ongoing work on the Cheetah Rewilding Project, an ambitious initiative to rewild as many captive cheetahs as possible, while empowering the local community, creating a direct and mutually beneficial link between endangered wildlife and the community.
