Gucci presents ‘Who is Sabato De Sarno? A Gucci Story’. A 20-minute short film released exclusively on Mubi platform. The documentary is directed by Ariel Schulman and Henry Joost, offering an unprecedented glimpse into the creation of the Gucci Ancora fashion show, the debut show of the House’s new Creative Director Sabato De Sarno. 
If that is not convincing enough, everyone’s favorite actor and ambassador of Gucci Paul Mescal is narrating this unique journey into the world of Gucci.

The documentary unveils never-before-seen footage and gives you an intimate look at the creative process of the visionary creative director Sabato De Sarno. Emphasizing teamwork as a core value, the film showcases the collaborative efforts of Sabato De Sarno and his dedicated team, highlighting the collective passion and dedication behind the creation of the runway show. Through their lens, ‘Who is Sabato De Sarno? A Gucci Story’ captures the essence of the fashion world’s allure, inviting audiences to explore the magic behind the curtains while getting to know Gucci’s new Creative Director as he shares his personal experience, revealing his passions and vision for the iconic brand. From April on, Gucci will host screenings in major cities around the world, allowing audiences to experience the short film on the big screen. 

‘Who is Sabato De Sarno? A Gucci Story’ will additionally be released exclusively on Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s revolutionary spatial computer, a first for the fashion and luxury industry. Available on the App Store, the enhanced edition allows viewers to transform their space and immerse themselves in the beauty and artistry of Gucci Ancora. Furthermore, in partnership with Air France, the House will make ‘Who is Sabato De Sarno? A Gucci Story’ available on all flights throughout the month of April.
