In support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, Essentiel Antwerp is collaborating with two local artists to create exclusive breast-inspired items, which will be launched on the 1st of October. 20% of the proceeds will be donated to Pink Ribbon, a nonprofit whose mission is to reduce breast cancer and its implications.

The turtleneck was made in collaboration with Brussels-based artist Hadassah Emmerich (@hadassah.emmerich). The print is an interpretation of her painting “Oben Ohne,” literally translated as ‘topless’. It represents the celebration of breasts as a powerful weapon in the battle against regression, conservatism, and misogyny. This top (£115) is exclusively available online.

In addition, there is a handmade ceramic object created in collaboration with Antwerp-based artist Eva Van Eeghem (@studio.natadora). Serving as a jewelry box or discrete storage for small essentials, as well as being a decorative object, this ceramic can be used for multiple purposes. This piece (£95) is exclusively available in selected Essentiel Antwerp stores, including Antwerp, Brussels, Ghent, Leuven, Amsterdam, London, and Paris.
