Colombe d’Humières Studio presents its new campaign photographed by Mark Luckasavage and styled by Samia Giobellina.

Founded in September 2020 and based in Paris, Colombe d’Humières Studio specializes in metalwork. Dedicated to updating artisanal techniques in jewelry making, metal smithing, and sculptures, the studio offers two distinctive lines. The first consists of unique pieces reminiscent of couture, while the second features classic designs produced in limited quantities. Crafted primarily in silver, both collections include select pieces adorned with melted glass and laboratory stones, infusing the bright metal with a candy-like palette of colours.

Colombe d’Humières believes in being part of the conversation on the sustainability of precious metals without resorting to greenwashing. As jewelry makers, our goal is to only work with existing metals rather than contributing to further extractions.

“We have made a conscious decision not to use natural stones due tothe difficulties in sourcing them ethically. Until we can be confident inthe ethical sourcing of natural stones, we prefer not to support thecurrent system. All chains, locks, and technical components are designed and created in-house. We do not purchase any mechanisms or engage in assembly work.”

Beyond its creative efforts, Colombe d’Humieres has collaborated with brands and designers on various projects, such as belt buckle-making for Chopowa Lowena, a full jewelry collection for Paolina Russo’s SS24 show in Copenhagen, and accessories with jewelry for Etudes Studio SS21. The label has also collaborated with artists, performers, and musicians like Arca, Caroline Polachek, and FKA Twigs.
