Club Med opens a brand new Resort in the La Rosière
This winter, Club Med opens a brand new Resort in the La Rosière ski resort in the Alps.
Club Med La Rosière, at an altitude of 1850 m, offers an incomparable 180° view of the peaks of Paradiski, the Tarentaise valley and the Beaufortain massif. The Espace San Bernardo ski resort is located on the border between France and Italy, just a few kilometres from the Mont Blanc. The area lies in the sun all day long and has an exceptionally good snowfall. In short: ideal conditions, both in winter and summer.
The Resort – a reinterpretation of the alpine chalets of Savoy with lots of wood, stone and glass – is perfectly integrated in the authentic environment. This new 4T Resort will soon receive both BREEAM and Green Globe certificates. It has been designed specifically for families, with activities in harmony with nature and the local ecosystem.
The 438 accommodations divided into 3 categories (Superior, Deluxe, Suites) offer various room configurations depending on the number of people.

Enjoy swimming in the heated indoor pool with breathtaking views of the snow-capped peaks from the Vanoise to the Beaufortain massif. The panoramic pedestrian bridge a few metres' walk from the Resort offers a unique 360° view of Mont Blanc. Discover new flavours in the Gourmet Lounge San Bernardo, with a cuisine inspired by the culinary richness of Savoie and the Valle d'Aosta.
A new wellness offer in the heart of the Alps:
A 650m² Cinq Mondes spa to enjoy a massage with essential oils after a ski day. The Resort also offers a Fitness Centre with GO wellness classes and Vibhava Yoga, a method designed by the renowned master Yogi Heberson Oliveira.
Pampered children for an entertaining holiday:
The children's club organises many activities adapted to each age group: a mini-club with specific supervision for children aged 4 months and over, ski lessons for all levels from 4 years old and snowboard lessons from 12 years old, an à la carte babysitting service, a snow garden, swimming lessons and special areas and services for babies.
Happy to Care:
For more responsible tourism, Club Med has undertaken to replant 400 m² of the former altiport on which the Resort is built.
Safe Together:
In order to enjoy your stay in tranquility, Club Med proposes reinforced safety and hygiene protocols. For example, the new measures provide more space while respecting safety distances and reducing the number of guests in the Resorts, more frequent and even more thorough cleaning, as well as doctors and nurses available 7 days a week. Book with confidence:
To ensure flexibility and peace of mind for travellers, Club Med offers the possibility of changing their stay free of charge, for any stay booked without transport in a Resort in the mountains, up to 5 days before departure. In the event of closure of the borders, a Resort in a quarantine area or a request for quarantine on arrival, the stay may be postponed or cancelled free of charge.
Club Med La Rosière is already open for reservations and will officially open its doors on December 13th 2020.
