We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Château Royal Hotel in Berlin, and we can’t recommend it highly enough.

This establishment is more than just a hotel; it is a true gem. From the moment you step inside, you are immersed in an atmosphere that more closely resembles an art museum, with paintings and sculptures adorning every corner, alongside various contemporary art pieces. Over 100 artworks inhabit the rooms of the hotel, and the artistic curation extends beyond the common areas. Some artworks are cleverly concealed, creating an exciting artistic treasure hunt, while others find their place directly in the rooms, adding a unique touch to each stay.

The thrill of this treasure hunt is heightened by their logo – a charming little ghost who has fun haunting every corner of the hotel, perhaps even thinking of renting out the château itself!

The reception, genuinely welcoming, provides access to numerous rooms, diverse not only in their function but also in their style, each as charming as the last.

We discovered a small lounge with a fireplace that creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. We also found an interior courtyard under a glass roof, a rare gem and a true winter garden where having breakfast becomes a unique experience. Breakfast is served as a buffet on a massive wooden table next to the open kitchen, where delicious dishes are prepared.

The hotel bar deserves a special mention as well. Its friendly ambiance makes it a perfect place to relax after a day of exploration in Berlin.

As for the rooms, they are simply magnificent. Every detail is carefully thought out, and the decoration is a perfect blend of style and comfort. From the splendid bathroom to the plush and majestic bed, the hotel’s rooms offer a memorable night.

Château Royal lives up to its name, providing a stay that combines elegance, art, and comfort.
