CAMPER UNVEILS NEW CAMPAIGN STARRING JULIA FOX, GERMAIN LOUVET AND MORE

Introducing Camper’s latest seasonal campaign: playfully titled Fail / Winter 2023 and featuring, among others, Julia Fox and Germain Louvet, it turns the idea of failure on its head to reveal some surprising silver linings. 

Unexpectedly inspired by a momentary creative slump at Camper’s HQ, the campaign rethinks the negative aspects usually associated to failure, focusing instead on the positive outcomes of failing, from ease to experimentation and learning. 

Shot on the streets of Paris by UK-based photographer Grant James-Thomas, images explore little universal everyday accidents. A bicycle fall. Stepping on chewing gum. A toppling cake. Sitting on wet paint. These “fails” give rise to a sense of fun and realness. 

These very Camper values are embodied by talent including American actress Julia Fox, danseur étoile of the National Paris Opera Germain Louvet, Paris-based designer Bonnie Miller, and New York-based model Naounah, all working under the creative direction of Achilles Ion Gabriel.
