ME Barcelona fully lives up to its reputation as the city’s most prestigious and pioneering avant-garde hotel, converging foremost elements of art, design, fashion and music. The cultural epicenter truly represents a source of inspiration and creativity, not least because of its cosmopolitan vibe that goes hand in hand with an authentic, personalized and immersive experience making you feel part of the city’s lifestyle.

The five-star hotel is in a prime location of Barcelona – Passeig de Gràcia – and offers rooms and suites that are characterized by urbanity and their own special personality. In addition, the two Mediterranean restaurants at the hotel, by Belbo Barcelona, offer you the most innovative, healthy and sustainable dining options, accompanied by a casual and urban atmosphere and a first-class cocktail bar.

Apart from that, the five-star hotel also offers you a fully equipped 24-hour gym, the relaxing Egoïste Spa, an urban garden and very large function spaces of more than 600 square meters, ideal for corporate or social events. However, the jewel of the newly built hotel is its rooftop that includes a pool, a bar and Barcelona’s most epic views such as the Plaza Catalunya and Sagrada Familia.

For an even more personalized and luxurious experience, the hotel also offers the ME+ premium service from the ME brand, which goes hand in hand with personalized attention and truly unique experiences.

ME Barcelona hosts Transient by Quayola

Joining the Sónar 2022 programme, the hotel’s basement space showcased Spanish artist’s Quayola’s large-scale audiovisual show Transient. The interactive work was inspired by the relationship and dialogue between human beings and the digital universe. In detail, the installation was composed of organic textures arranged on multiple high-resolution screens. Those visuals then morphed and created an infinite and hypnotic minimalistic loop of oneiric images intertwining with the rhythm of abstract soundscapes with the beat of a piano.
