Ann Demeulemeester is on its third collection under a renewed creative direction. FW21 and SS22 presented a strong archetypal image to celebrate a reconnection to the brand’s genesis. An emphasis of a shared attire between men and women with subtlety and nonchalance. These collections portrayed identity, attitude, and fluidity of movements while marking a turning point, and a new era of growth and evolution of the house.

FW22 continues along the path of exploring the brand’s essence revisiting its heritage to highlight elegance, comfort, and sophistication.

With an emphasis on streamlined profiles, elongated silhouettes with deep slits
are combined with luxurious materials such as glossy laminated shearlings, soft cashmere boiled wools and hand embroidered pinstripes. Classic three-piece suiting is dis-assembled throughout menswear and womenswear, while portraying slouchy, straight and fitted forms, belted wrap jackets, caban coats, collarless jackets layered with matching waistcoats and hanging detachable collars. X-long brushed wool and leather garments portray elegant figures coming to light and stretch among the atmosphere of special venue that is “home”.
